1. Who is responsible?

ArCol Digital, Fabio Colombo and Arijon Canaj (simple partnership under Swiss law). Service area: Zurich Unterland, Zurich Oberland and the greater Zurich area. Email: f.colombo-arcol@hotmail.com / a.canaj-arcol@hotmail.com

2. What data we process

When you contact us via the contact form, we store your name, email address, phone number (optional), message, selected language, the date and time, and your consent. To protect against misuse, we also store an anonymised value derived from your IP address (not the IP address itself). When you email us, we process the information contained in your email.

3. Why we use the data

Solely to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration. We do not sell any data or use it for advertising.

4. Where the data is stored

  • Supabase (database for contact requests), Supabase Inc., servers in the EU (Ireland).
  • Vercel (website hosting), Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit the website, technically necessary access data is generated, such as IP address, date, time and browser. Vercel uses it only to operate the website securely.

As a result, data may be transferred to the USA. We only work with providers that offer appropriate data protection safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep the data

If your enquiry does not lead to an assignment, we delete your data as soon as this is clear. If it does, we keep only the information needed to carry out the assignment and to manage and maintain your website (e.g. name, contact details and correspondence relating to the assignment). Where the law requires records to be kept, for example invoices under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), we keep those records for the period required by law. All other data is deleted.

6. Cookies, tracking and fonts

We do not use cookies or any analytics or advertising services. Fonts are loaded from our own server; there is no connection to Google.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected and have your data deleted. To do so, write to one of the email addresses above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Changes

We update this policy when our website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
